The printed leaflet "extoling virtues of emigration to Florida," covers: Jacksonville, Lawyers and Doctors, Mechanics, Laborers. Provisions, Land, Farming, Immigrants, School Facilities, Communication, Speculators, and Climate. There are also some interesting advertisements.
