Biographical or Historical Information

Barbara W. Makant was born on May 26, 1935. The prayer book belonged to her late husband Dr. Joseph Earle Makant, Jr. as a boy. Dr. Joseph Earle Makant, Jr. served during the Korean War and attained the rank of Colonel in the U.S. Air Force. He was born on March 16, 1929, and passed away in Tallahassee, FL on April 19, 2000.
