Thomas Edward Stubbs, Jr. was born on February 25, 1906, in Tifton, Georgia. He served as a private in the U.S. Army. He enlisted in the Army on May 7, 1943, at Fort McPherson in Atlanta, Georgia, and was discharged on October 31, 1945. Stubbs, Jr. passed away on April 8, 1982 in Tifton, Georgia.
