General Order No. 1. Head-quarters Dist. of Florida, Separate Brigade, Tallahassee, Fla., August 30, 1866. Consists of eight different Court Martials: Private Michael Hickey, Co. F, 7th US. Inft'y - Desertion; 1st Ser't Elijah W. Bidden, Co. F, 7th U.S. Inft'y - Desertion; Corp'l Elton Clapp, Co. F, 7th U.S. Inft'y - Desertion; Private William Beck, Co. I, 7th U.S. Inft'y - Disobedience of Orders; Private John Reily, Co. E, 7th U.S. Inft'y - Absence without leave, Disobedience of Orders; Private Michael Hollerden, Co. I, 7th U.S. Inft'y - Charge Drunkness on duty; Private Lafayette Hilkirk, Co. I, 7th U.S. Inft'y - Absence without leave, Disobedience of Orders, and Disgraceful conduct to the prejudice of good order and military discipline; Private George A. Best, Co. General Orders No. 2 Continuance in command by J.B.C. Syman, Lieut. 7th Infantry, A.A.A.G. Signed by J.G. Foster, Bvt. Maj. Gen'l U.S.A.3. Head-quarters Dist. of Florida, Assistant Adjutant General's Office, Tallahassee, Fla., Sept. 27, 1866.

General Orders, No. 3. Issue of rations to civilians employed in the Staff Departments of the army is to be reduced... By command of Bvt. Major General J.G. Foster; signed by J.H. Lyman, Lieut. 7th Infantry, A.A.A.G.4. Head-quarters Dist. of Florida, Separate Brigade, Tallahassee, Fla., Oct. 6, 1866.

General Orders, No. 4. Requirement of separate semi-monthly report of the sanitary condition of posts or commands rescinded...By command of Bvt. Major General J.G. Foster: J.H. Lyman, Lieut. 7th Infantry, A.A.A.G.5. Head-quarters Dist. of Florida, Separate Brigade, Tallahassee, Fla., Oct. 8, 1866.

General Orders, No. 5. The Military Quarantine at the mouth of the St. Johns' River, St. Augustine, Cedar Keys and St. Marks, discontinued...By command of Bvt. Major General J.G. Foster: J.H. Lyman, Lieut. 7th Infantry, A.A.A.G.6. Head-quarters Dist. of Florida, Separate Brigade, Tallahassee, Fla., Oct.11, 1866.

General Orders, No. 6. Court martial of Private John G. Myer, Co. E, 7th U.S. Infantry. Charge 1st - Desertion; Charge 2nd - Violation of the 22nd Art. of War. Complete with Specification, Plea, Findings. By command of Bvt. Major General J.G. Foster: J.H. Lyman, Lieut. 7th Infantry, A.A.A.G.
