Scope and Contents The Edward Conradi Papers includes articles and clippings, bills and receipts, class notebooks from Indiana University and Clark University, correspondence, legal papers, lists, manuscripts, memorabilia, minutes of meetings, news clippings, publications by Conradi and others, photographs, reports, speeches and speech notes, rules and regulations, and statistical data documenting Conradi's Florida State College for Women (FSCW) presidency from 1909-1941, including his fight with the Florida Purity League in the late 1920s. Abstract

Administrative and financial records, reports, speeches, student materials, course materials, publications, activity files, memorabilia, and reference files of the College of Human Sciences and its internal departments. Materials document the administrations of Deans Margaret Sandels, Hortense Glenn, Margaret Sitton, and Penny Ralston of the College of Human Sciences and its predecessor organizations.

Abstract

The FSCW/FSU Tarpon Club Collection contains materials documenting the synchronized swimming team's activities and performances. Materials include club documents, photographs, choreography and scripts, newspaper clippings, video, alumni notes, as well as other ephemera documenting the organization's history.

Scope and Contents The notebook is a small book consisting of 33 leaves (6 blank) and 7 partial leaves. The major portion of the notebook contains business transactions between Lewis Gregory and various other persons whose names are mentioned and whose names or family names are found in early Gadsden County history. The business entries date from 1837 to 1861 and deal with beef, pork, mutton, sugar, peas, corn, tobacco, cotton, butter, etc. Near the back of the notebook are found eleven pages of family records dating from 1781 to 1885.Includes Gregory family notes found among the papers of the late W.G. Scope and Contents This collection is comprised of the background files, notes, correspondence, permission, maps, manuscripts, and other materials that were collected or created by Clifton Paisley during the writing of his work, Red Hills of Florida. Included among these items are biographical sources, census data, maps and surveys of the Red Hills region, letters to and from local organizations and persons, newspapers, and interviews. The majority of the collection consists of those materials which actually played a part in the publication of the book. The collection was given by Reubin O'Donovan Askew in 2008. It contains materials related to his time serving in the Florida House of Representatives, Florida State Senate, and as Governor of Florida.  Included in the collection are campaign files, correspondence, newspaper articles, photographs, audiovisual materials, memorabilia, and copies of speeches. Additionally, there are records documenting his 1988 Presidential bid, as well as other materials relating to his life after his service as a Florida public official. Also included in the collection are the personal papers of his wife, Donna Lou Harper Askew.
