The letters from one brother, primarily sent to his parents, detail his service from Mifflinburg, PA through his training in the United States at Camp Polk, LA, and Fort Sam Houston, TX. They also cover his overseas transfer to England, as well as France, Belgium, and Germany. The letters from the other brother detail service from Mifflinburg, PA to the North African Campaign, and then to the European Campaign.
