This collection is comprised of budget materials for Florida State University, dating 1921-1955. The materials from 1921-1947 are for the Florida State College for Women, and the materials from 1948-1955 are for Florida State University.
Bird and Ulmer Papers
The Bird and Ulmer papers consist of photocopies of correspondence, land deeds, tax papers, political and other speeches, resolutions, and papers pertaining to church, lodges, last will, accounts of executors of estates, reports of estate, division of land, and division of slaves with values assigned. These papers pertain chiefly to the plantations of Bunker Hill, Nacossa, and Freelawn, which flourished before the Civil War. The majority of the papers are dated from the 1850s through the late 1800s, although a handful are from the 1920s.

Florida State University Phi Alpha Theta Records
This collection includes a minutes book of the Phi Alpha Theta, dated April 4, 1934 to May 29, 1948 and a treasurer's book of the Delta Chapter of Phi Alpha Theta dated January 1947 to April 29, 1980. This second book also includes fourteen pages of chapter minutes dated Feb. 11, 1949 through Dec. 5, 1953.
Florida State University President's Executive Committee Minutes
The Florida State University (FSU) President's Executive Committee Minutes consist of agendas, memoranda, minutes, reports, and other attachments documenting the work of this organization during the early 1970s. Some of the topics frequently discussed were academic problems of minority students, student health services, visits by Florida legislators, student residence hall issues, drug abuse and drug education, and parking and traffic regulations. James Stanley Marshall was FSU President at this time. These records document FSU campus governance and activities in the early 1970s. Materials are arranged chronologically.

Love-Scarborough Papers
The papers consist of certificates of purchases of land, a certificate commissioning Scarborough as Captain of a volunteer infantry company, land deeds, Territorial Florida manuscripts, a picture of Mrs. M.L. Scarborough, newspapers and clippings, personal letters, reports of blankets, provisions, and clothing required by Floridians in prison at Fort Delaware, promissory notes, receipts, invoices, and a typed copy of "Express-Supplement", a letter to an unknown newspaper editor by William T. Gregory in 1860, pertaining to the proposed secession from the Union by Florida and other states.
