This collection relates to Alvin H. Brown who served as a B-17 pilot assigned to the 8th Air Force, 95th Bomber Group flying missions over France and Germany from England ending in the summer of 1945. The collection includes an audio tape recording interview and accompanying transcript.
Charles Wilfong Chalker collection
This collection relates to Technician 5th Grade Charles Wilfong Chalker who served with the 76th Infantry Division in the European Theater during World War II. The collection contains three German World War II period flags brought back after the war from Europe by Chalker.
Angie Croy collection
This collection relates to Angie Croy and her father, Aviation Machinist's Mate Felder Lang Howell, who was killed in a car accident while on duty at Corry Field in Pensacola, Florida. The collection consists of two scrapbooks from World War II, one belonging to Angie Croy, the other assembled by her mother. The scrapbooks include photographs, greeting cards, newspapers, and magazine clippings. The collection also includes letters, telegrams, certificates, and military documents all pertaining to Howell and his family. Artifacts include jewelry, a gold star flag, a floral arrangement ribbon, and a medal awarded posthumously.

These statistical reports give enrollment, attendance, withdrawal and entrance reports first monthly and later per semester. They also report numbers of employees of various categories. The reports were sent to the Board of Control from Florida State College for Women and later from Florida State University.
Florida State University Southern Business History Center Records
The Florida State University Southern Business History Center Records include, correspondence to and from the center, including memos, form letters, responses, questionnaire, annual reports, photographs and publications; and oral interviews recorded in May and June, 1954 and August 1956 on 1/4 inch audio tape reels. They also include a group of historical records of the Eberhard Faber Pencil Company at Cedar Key, Florida.

The Haller Diaries consist of personal entries of both Morris and Verona Haller, who write about their daily activities from 1959 through 1971 in both Ohio and Tallahassee, Florida. The diaries contain some enclosures of letters, poems, clippings, and registers of letters written by the Hallers. Also known as MSS 1-01.

Vivian Hess collection
This collection relates to Vivian Hess who as a youth lived at Camp Gordon Johnston, Carabelle, FL during World War II. Her father served as the postmaster for the base, and she recollects many important details about growing up on a military base. This collection includes an oral history interview transcript and audio taped interview of Vivian Hess.

The Martin Dyckman Leroy Collins Research Collection
This collection contains research materials used by Martin Dyckman for his 2006 book about former Governor Leroy Collins titled Floridian of His Century. Research materials include speeches from Leroy Collins before he became governor; an interview transcript with Premier Khrushchev during Collins' trip to the Soviet Union; newspaper columns written by Collins for the St. Peterburg Times and transcripts and audio recordings of interviews conducted by Dyckman.
